Drama Academy Terms of Service
An adult parent or carer must book all sessions as a block of tuition which should be paid for in full before commencement of the first session of tutoring, unless otherwise stated. The tuition fee covers the Block/tuition term which is usually 11 weeks, unless otherwise stated. Please refer to your invoice for the payment details. The tutee is responsible for attending the sessions and refunds cannot be given for absence from the sessions. Parents must make all the necessary arrangements to help their child remember to attend. Please note that Covid self-isolations are now classed as an absence. If the tutor needs to cancel the session due to unforeseen circumstances, then rearrangement of the session will be made in agreement with the terms. The tutor cannot accept responsibility for sessions being cancelled by the education establishment without prior notice. Refunds will not be made available once payment has been made, other than in exceptional circumstances. Sessions must be arranged with the tutor by an adult parent or carer. The tutor may terminate the agreement at any given point if deemed necessary, without refund. Drama Kids are responsible for the management and delivery of the sessions and its content. |
